Bearcats Offer Free Admission to Veterans and Military Personnel for Football vs. Pacific

Kickoff is Set for 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9 at McCulloch Stadium

SALEM, ORE. -- Willamette University will be providing free admission to all United States military veterans, active military personnel and their immediate family members to watch the Bearcats take on Pacific University in football at McCulloch Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 9. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.

The main gate at McCulloch Stadium will open and tickets will go on sale at 12 p.m. (noon) on Saturday. Veterans and active members of the military should check-in at the main gate in order to receive free admission.

Willamette is 5-2 overall on the season, including 2-2 in the Northwest Conference. The Bearcats' only losses were to nationally ranked NWC opponents Linfield College and Pacific Lutheran University. Pacific is 7-1 on the season and 3-1 in the NWC. The Boxers' only loss was to Pacific Lutheran.

Willamette wide receiver Beau Smith scored two touchdowns in the Bearcats' win over Sewanee on Sept. 14.
