Willamette Ready to Battle Lewis & Clark in Wagon Wheel Game

Bearcats, Ranked #22, will take on Pioneers at 1 p.m. in Portland

PORTLAND, ORE. -- Willamette University, 4-0 and ranked #22 in the D3football.com Top 25, will take on Lewis & Clark College, 1-4 overall, in a Northwest Conference football game on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Griswold Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. (PDT). Willamette enters the game 1-0 in the NWC, while Lewis & Clark is 1-1 in the conference.

The Bearcats defeated Whitworth University 50-21 at McCulloch Stadium on Friday, Oct. 11. In addition to advancing three spots to #22 in the D3football.com Top 25, the Bearcats also moved into the NCAA Division III Coaches Poll conducted by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) at #24.
