SALEM, Ore. -- The football game between Willamette University and Northwest Conference opponent George Fox University, set for Saturday, Nov. 2, has been moved to a 4 p.m. (PDT) kickoff at McCulloch Stadium. The Bearcats and the Bruins will be starting later than originally scheduled in order to avoid conflicts with an OSAA District cross country meet at Bush's Pasture Park on the same day. McCulloch Stadium is located in the park, and races typically finish inside the stadium.
Willamette is currently 2-2 on the season and 0-1 in the NWC. The Bearcats will host Pacific University on Saturday, Oct. 12 as part of Homecoming and Family Weekend. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. (PDT).
