What was your most memorable moment throughout your career at Willamette?

I wouldn't say that I could pick a single moment that stands out. My teammates and the Willamette community have made my experience unique and memorable.

Describe your feelings when you found out the athletic events were canceled for the remainder of the year.

I really felt for all those seniors who are not able to play their last season. A lot of seniors put in some serious work to have a successful end to their careers.

How have you been handling life in quarantine? Are you home or on campus? What's it like learning online and not being around your teammates?

I'm still in the Salem area but have been staying at home as much as possible. I am staying busy with online school work and just trying to stay as active as possible. It definitely is not the same learning at home, and I miss seeing my friends and teammates every day like I used to when we're taking classes in person.

What has your experience as a Bearcat taught you?

My experience as a Bearcat has taught me the importance of diligence while having fun with everything you do. Going into my senior year, I decided that I was going to play football after four years without any competitive play. My friends and teammates encouraged me to keep working hard and to get back into football shape. The process was one of the physically hardest things I have ever had to do, but my teammates always helped me to change my perspective and to keep having fun while improving.

If you could leave one piece of advice for future Bearcats, what would it be?

Work hard and be you.

What are your future plans following graduation?

I plan on moving to Portland where I will be working towards a job in health and medicine.
