ALOHA, ORE. -- The Culturame Men's Classic, scheduled to be hosted by George Fox University this weekend at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club, has been canceled due to the weather. It is possible that the tournament will be made up later this fall, but it has not yet been officially rescheduled.
Willamette opened the fall season with a first place finish at the Pacific Fall Invitational at The Reserve. Ryan Kukula (Jr., Ocean Park, WA/Ilwaco HS) finished third at the Pacific event, while Clark Wilson (Fr., Ocean Park, WA/Ilwaco HS) tied for fourth and Jacob Armelino (Fr., Redding, CA/University Prep) tied for sixth.
The Bearcats are scheduled to compete at the Warner Pacific Open, set for Monday, Oct. 7 and Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Glendoveer Golf Course.
