Bearcats Announce Fall Schedule for Willamette Men's Golf Team

SALEM, Ore -- Willamette University has released the 2017 fall schedule for the men's golf team as prepared by Head Coach Patrick Daugherty. The Bearcats will participate in four golf tournaments during the fall, including the Northwest Conference Fall Classic, which is worth one-fourth of the overall NWC Championship.

Willamette will start its schedule by competing in the Dupont Invitational at The Home Course in Dupont, Washington, on Sunday, Sept. 17 and Monday, Sept. 18. The tournament will be hosted by Pacific Lutheran University.

Up next for the Bearcats is the Whitworth Invitational, set for Sunday, Oct. 1 and Monday, Oct. 2. The tournament will be held at the Kalispel Golf and Country Club in Spokane, Washington.

The Bearcats will be at the Culturame Classic in Aloha, Oregon, on Saturday, Oct. 7 and Sunday, Oct. 8. George Fox University will host the tournanment at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club.

On Saturday, Oct. 7 and Sunday, Oct. 8, Willamette will participate in the Culturame Classic at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club in Aloha, Oregon. The event will be hosted by George Fox University.

Willamette will close out action in the first semester at the NWC Fall Classic on Saturday, Oct. 14 and Sunday, Oct. 15. The event will be held at Quail Valley Golf Course in Banks, Oregon, with Pacific University serving as the host. The NWC Fall Classic and the NWC Spring Classic each count for one-fourth of the overall NWC title, with the NWC Tournament counting for one-half.
