SALEM, Ore. -- Andrew Kibbee (Grad., Kenmore, WA/Bothell HS) and Alex Weirth (Sr., Port Orchard, WA/Crosspoint Academy), men's golfers at Willamette University, have been selected to the 2022-23 NCAA Division III Academic All-District Men's At-Large Team, as voted by the College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA). Players nominated for the CSC Academic All-District Men's At-Large Team were starters or key reserves with cumulative grade point averages of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Each student-athlete was at their current college or university for at least one academic year.

All of the nominees participated in an NCAA sport without its own CSC Academic All-District Team. Each player named Academic All-District is eligible for the College Sports Communicators NCAA Division III Academic All-America Men's At-Large Team, which will be announced on June 21.

In 2022-23, the Willamette men's golf team won the Northwest Conference Championship, received the NWC's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship, and placed 18th at the 72-hole national tournament in Nicholasville, Ky. During the season, the Bearcats took first place at four tournaments.
