Andrew Gabacy (Grad.) was named First Team All-NWC for the first time this season after earning Second Team All-NWC honors in 2020-21. During the 2022-23 season, he registered a 7-6 record at #1 singles and was 5-3 at #1 doubles with teammate Velibor Mladenovic (Fy., Belgrade, Serbia/First Belgrade Grammar School). He was 5-8 overall in doubles play.

Kabacy owns a career singles record of 25-22 in dual meets. He was 5-0 in singles during the 2019-20 season, which was shortened due to COVID-19. All of his career singles matches have been played at the #1 position. He has played in 46 doubles matches for the Bearcats in dual meets, including 41 matches at #1 doubles.

"I'm really happy for Andrew to make First Team All-Conference," Willamette Director of Tennis Tyler Linscott said. "The conference has a lot of great players on both the First Team and Second Team, so it's great to see Andrew's hard work pay off to be a part of it. He's always been a great player, but I'm just as impresses with the progress he's made leading the younger players on the team. I've excited to see the damage he can do next season."
