Arthur Moves Past 100-Win Mark as Willamette Head Women's Soccer Coach

SALEM, Ore. -- Willamette University women's soccer Head Coach Hillary Arthur recently picked up her 100th career victory as the leader of the Bearcats. She reached 100 wins when the Bearcats defeated Pacific University, 3-0, on Saturday, Sept. 28. Arthur picked up her 101st win on Wednesday, Oct. 2 with a 2-1 triumph in overtime against Lewis & Clark College. Both wins were earned at Sparks Field.

Arthur, now in her 12th year with the Bearcats, has led Willamette to outstanding records each of the past two seasons. In 2017, she guided the Bearcats to a 13-4-3 record, including 10-4-2 (4th place) in the NWC. In 2018, Willamette was 12-4-4 overall and 8-4-4 (4th place) in the NWC. So far this season, she has coached the Bearcats to a 5-4-1 overall mark and 4-1-1 record (3rd place) in the Northwest Conference.
