SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Webcast
The meet will be available to watch online via https://nwcnetwork.tv/
Awards / Senior Recognition
Awards will be handed out after event results are finalized. The award stand will be across the pool to allow viewing by all participants and spectators.
Senior recognition will take place on deck prior to the final relay on Sunday.
All nine institutions will be honoring their seniors on Sunday night.
Parking
Parking is on a first-come first-serve basis. The lot behind the facility is available again this year for parking.
Results / Heat Sheets
All results and heat sheets will be available through the Meet Mobile app. Spectators will need to register on the site and pay a $10 fee for access to the entire meet.
Results will not be posted nor will heat sheets be sold at any time during the event.
Spectator Entrance
Spectators will enter KCAC through the main entrance to the facility.
Re-entry will be allowed by showing their ticket.
Spectator Seating
Spectators will be seated on the east side of the facility. They will be directed to the right as they enter the facility.
There is no reserved seating for spectators and all seats are first-come, first-served. The stands will be cleared after every session.
Participating teams will be seated on the pool deck.
No parents/spectators are permitted on the pool deck.
Team Snacks/Gifts
Any food/snacks or senior recognition gifts should be clearly marked with the name of the institution they are for and left with front desk personnel to deliver to the appropriate school or coach.
Ticketing
Tickets are available for online purchase only through our conference sponsor HomeTown Ticketing. There will be no on-site ticket sales via cash or check.
Mobile tickets must be presented the first time a person enters the venue for each session.

Apparel
Northwest Designs Inc. will be on site Saturday, Feburary 10th and Sunday, February 11th selling championship apparel. Apparel will not be available for preorder.
Timers
We will be asking for volunteers this year and they will be recruited and assigned by each team.
