Entry Information

• Entry deadline:  Wednesday, February 28, 12:00 noon
• ALL entries must be completed at www.directathletics.com 
• Invited teams can enter their athletes from their rosters in Direct Athletics

Individual Entries

• Individuals may enter on Direct Athletics under the meet titled 2024 Willamette Opener - INDIVIDUALS.  Entry fee is $30 per entered event and must be paid on Direct Athletics before the close of entries.  All unpaid entries will be scratched.
• No High School Athletes

Scratches

• Email scratches to meet-info@willamette.edu as soon as you know them.  There will be NO day of meet additions/changes.

Entry Fee

• $400 per invited team (pay at packet pickup).

Facilities

• Both Hammer events will be contested at Corban University 
• We allow 1/4 inch spikes maximum for all running events, long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault, and javelin.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Clerking

• Field events:  Clerking will take place 20 minutes prior to all field events at the event site. 
• Running events: Report to the start line no later than 10 minutes before the start of your event.

Dressing Facilities

• There are no facilities available for visiting teams.  The stadium locker room is off-limits to visiting teams.

Training Room/Trainers

• Available at McCulloch Stadium 90 minutes prior to the start of events.

Results

• Live results are updated after each event is final

Weigh-ins

• ALL weigh-ins will be at the shed in front of the stadium from 8:30-9:00am ONLY.
