SALEM, Ore. -- The continued problems with closures and bad road conditions through the Columbia River Gorge and across the Cascade Mountains has forced the Lewis-Clark State College men's tennis team to remain in Lewiston, Idaho, rather than travel to Oregon for two matches this weekend. As a result, Willamette's home match against the Warriors, scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 22, has been canceled.

Instead the Bearcats will take on Portland State University on Saturday, Jan. 21 in Vancouver, Washington, at Club Green Meadows. Match time is set for 2 p.m. (PST). Portland State also was scheduled to take on Lewis-Clark State this weekend.

Willamette's home opener is now on Sunday, January 29 against Lewis & Clark College. The Northwest Conference match is set to begin at 1 p.m. (PST).
