SALEM, ORE. -- The Northwest Conference doubleheader between Willamette University and George Fox University on Sunday, March 20 has been moved from Morse Field in Newberg, Ore., to John Lewis Field in Salem, Ore. First pitch also has been changed to 1 p.m. (PDT).
Wet grounds at Morse Field forced the need to find an alternate site. Willamette will now play at home, but the Bearcats will still bat first and be the visiting team. George Fox won the first game in the series on Saturday, March 19 by a 2-0 final score.
