Ardell Bailey is in his first season as the fullbacks and tight ends coach at Willamette University. A native of Salem, Oregon, Bailey began his collegiate career at Oregon State University from 1994-96, before transferring to Willamette University. While at Willamette University Bailey played in the NIAI National Championship in 1997, and was the captain and MVP for the ‘98 and ‘99 seasons, earning second-team all-league in ‘98 and first-team all-league in ‘99. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Willamette University in 1999.
