Phillip Lopez is in his first season as an assistant golf coach at Willamette University. Lopez played golf at the University of the Southwest from 2021-24, where he was a captain and earned RRAC Scholar-Athlete all three years. Lopez and his team finished 3rd place at the Chicken Express Invitational and finished T-19th, with the best team ranking of 42nd in NAIA golf. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Southwest in 2024.
