SALEM, ORE. -- The Willamette University softball doubleheader at Linfield College on Saturday, April 17 will feature a Live Audio Webcast through the Bearcat Sports Network and Full Access Sports. The Bearcats, 23-7 overall and 15-3 in the Northwest Conference, will be battling the Wildcats, 27-5 overall and 19-1 in the NWC, for first place in the conference.

Both teams are nationally ranked. Linfield is ranked #18 in the latest NCAA Division III Poll released by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), while Willamette is ranked #25.

The webcast is available for FREE. To access the Live Audio Webcast go to Willamette's Athletics Website, choose "Multimedia" from the menu on the left, then choose "Webcast", then click on "Listen Live" beneath "Softball." The webcast will start at approximately 11:45 a.m. (PDT), with the first game set to start at 12 p.m.

Willamette and Linfield will conclude their four-game NWC series on Sunday, April 18. First pitch for the doubleheader is set for 12 p.m. (PDT). Sunday's doubleheader will not be available through a webcast.

The next Live Webcast after today will be on Saturday, April 24, when the Bearcats host Whitworth University at the WU Softball Field. The webcast will begin at 11:45 a.m. (PDT), with first pitch scheduled for 12 p.m.
