Softball Series at Puget Sound Moves to Sunday and Monday

SALEM, Ore. -- The Northwest Conference softball series between Willamette University and University of Puget Sound has been moved to Sunday, April 8 and Monday, April 9. The series will start one day later that originally scheduled. On Sunday, the Bearcats and the Loggers are now set to open the series with a doubleheader starting at 12 p.m. (PDT). On Monday, Willamette and Puget Sound will complete the series with two games starting at 1 p.m.

Willamette is 5-20 on the season and 5-13 in the NWC. Puget Sound is 7-22-1 overall and 5-15 in the NWC.

Jocelyn Glasgo (So., P/OF, Rochester, WA/Tumwater HS) leads the Bearcats with a .413 batting average. He also ranks first on the team with five triples, 14 RBIs, a .667 slugging percentage and a .532 on-base percentage. Bailey Hillmick (Fr., DP/UT, Athena, ORWeston-McEween HS) is batting .340. She has walked a team-high 15 times. Breianna Mcleod (Fr., SSUT, Kailua Kona, HI/West Hawaii Explorations Acad.) owns a .298 batting average.
