"The women's team had a lot of good things happen out there today," Willamette Head Women's Golf Coach Patrick Daugherty said. "We've been working really hard at practice on our putting and this week we're starting to see it pay off. All the players had a highlight today, but Alexis getting a personal record was pretty awesome. We do get to play this course a few more times (on Sunday and at the NWC-Texas Challenge on March 23-24) and I'm looking forward to seeing how they all adjust and get better."
