Kisiday Named NWC Women’s Swimming Student-Athlete of the Week

Alayna Kisiday was named the Northwest Conference Women's Swimming Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of November 19-25 based on her performance at the Bruin Invitational hosted by George Fox University.

Kisiday helped the Bearcats dominate the women's freestyle events at the Bruin Invitational, finishing first in both the 50-yard Free (25.20) and 100-yard Freestyle (54.41) races and finishing second in the 200-yard Freestyle (2:00.14), just .06 behind teammate Jillian Price.  She anchored Willamette's wins in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:40.66), 400-yard Free Relay (3:41.36), and 400-yard Medley Relay (4:05.31) while helping the team finish second in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:51.43).

This is the second time Kisiday has received this honor, first receiving it in November 2023.
