
Santa Cruz, CA - Willamette Triathlon competed in their second event of the season as they raced against the team from Cal Poly Humboldt as a part of the sprint triathlon at the Santa Cruz Triathlon along the Pacific coast. Scoring is calculated based on the number of total participants with points awarded based on the order of finish. For this race, the top finish was worth 21 points and the top five scores from each team were used to calculate the final results. In the end, Cal Poly Humboldt defeated Willamette by a score of 93-66.
