Salem, OR - Willamette Women's Cross Country raced to a 12th-place finish at the annual Charles Bowles Invitational hosted by Willamette in Salem's historic Bush Park.  Morgan Shaw led the way for the Bearcats, finishing 48th overall with a time of 18:47.0. 

Zoe Heino was next for Willamette finishing at 19:10.3 and was followed close behind by Anastasiia Lemesh crossing the finish line at 19:22.9.  Rounding out the scoring for the Bearcats were Lillian Courtnage-Dyke at 19:31.2 and Anna Bikle at 19:34.8.  Grace Kosmicki was the final Bearcat finisher with a time of 21:05.8.

The next race for the cross country team will be Saturday, October 19th, at the George Oja Invitational hosted by Linfield College at the Oak Knoll Golf Course in Independence, Oregon.
