A four-year All-Conference performer for the Bearcats, Barnes' name remains throughout the softball record book at Willamette. At the time of her induction, Barnes stands #3 in career hits (160), doubles (39), and career batting average (.365), #4 in total bases, games played, games started, and at-bats. She is #5 all-time in home runs and RBIs and #7 in slugging percentage. Barnes is also in the top 10 of seven individual season records, including #3 in home runs (7) and slugging percentage (.709).
