Jenny Joseph is one of the top players in the history of the Willamette women's basketball team. Her career statistics are near the top in almost every category. During four years with the Bearcats (1993-94 through 1996-97), she scored 1,309 points, made 549 field goals and shot 56.3% from the floor all school records. She also set the Willamette career records for rebounds (695) and blocked shots (212).

She earned First Team All-Conference honors three times and was the Most Valuable Player in 1995-96, after scoring a school record 442 points and hitting 189 field goals. She was a co-winner of the Jean Williams Award.

Joseph ranks in the top ten at Willamette in single season field goal percentage for all four years she played. Her top single season percentage was a school record 57.9% in 1994-95. Against Pacific Lutheran University on Jan. 14, 1997, she scored 31 points and blocked nine shots. During her MVP season, she led the Bearcats to a 19-8 overall record and the NCIC title at 13-1, as Willamette qualified for the NAIA Division II Tournament.
