Bio

Paul Wapato was a starter on the football, basketball and baseball teams at Willamette. He played on both offense and defense in football. After leading the basketball team in scoring as a sophomore, he was named team captain during his junior and senior years. He scored 20 points against Multnomah A.A.C. in the winter of 1918-19. Wapato was named Honorable Mention All-Northwest in basketball as a junior and a senior. He batted .410 as a sophomore in baseball.
