The Athletic Communications office facilitates communication between the athletic department and its external constituents, increases awareness of and interest in Willamette Athletics, and publicizes the activities and accomplishments of the student-athletes and teams.
The Athletic Communications office is responsible for updating the athletics website, managing social media, broadcasting, and statistical record keeping. It is charged with department branding including photography, graphic design, and managing the identity of Willamette Athletics. They handle correspondence with the media, the Northwest Conference, and the NCAA.

Any visiting radio broadcasts must reserve seating the week of the scheduled contest and at least 3 days in advance.
