SALEM, ORE. -- Willamette University Head Coach Matt Allison has announced two changes to the remainder of this year's Bearcat baseball schedule. Both changes involve games previously slated for Volcanoes Stadium.

The first change moves Willamette's game against Corban College, originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 25 to a new date, time and location. The Bearcats will now host the Warriors at John Lewis Field at Bush's Pasture Park on Tuesday, April 24 at 4 p.m. (PDT).

Another change provides a different venue for the Bearcats' game against Lewis & Clark College on Thursday, April 26. The non-conference game, still slated for April 26 at 6 p.m. (PDT), will be played at Roy Helser Field on the campus of Linfield College in McMinnville, Ore. The Bearcats and the Pioneers will begin the evening by completing their Northwest Conference game that was suspended on Feb. 11. Willamette leads the suspended game, 5-3, midway through the seventh inning.

Willamette's home games with Northwest Conference rival Pacific University on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22 have not been changed. The teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, starting at 12 p.m. (PDT) and will close out the three-game series with a single game on Sunday, also at 12 p.m. (PDT). The Bearcats are currently 15-18 overall, 7-13 in the NWC. Pacific is 11-22 overall, including 4-14 in the NWC.
