SALEM, ORE. -- The Willamette Invitational in men's and women's golf has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 5 at Quail Valley Golf Course in Banks, Ore. The event was originally scheduled for Monday, Feb. 28 at Creekside Golf Club in Salem, Ore., but has been postponed due to the weather.
Both the men's and women's tournaments will begin at Quail Valley at 11 a.m. (PST) on Saturday. The Willamette Invitational will be the Bearcats' first tournament of the spring season. Also likely to participate are Corban University, Pacific University, George Fox University (men), Linfield College (women) and Lewis & Clark College (men).
Brendan Dineen is a member of the Willamette men's golf team.
Haylee Chung competes for the Willamette women's golf team.
