SALEM, Ore. -- The men's tennis match between Willamette University and Portland State University scheduled to be played on the evening of Friday, Jan. 26 in Portland, Oregon, has been canceled. It has not yet been determined if the teams will play  at a later date.

It would have been the spring season opener for the Bearcats. Willamette is now set to begin the season against Idaho State University in Salem, Oregon, on Friday, Feb. 9 at 5 p.m. (PST). The match will be held at the Salem Tennis and Swim Club at 4318 Lone Oak Road SE.
