NAPERVILLE, ILL. -- Taylor Ostrander (Fr., Soldotna, AK/Kenai Central HS) from Willamette University earned a time of 11:02.01 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase on Friday, May 17 at the Gregory Invitational, hosted by North Central College, as she advanced from #31 to #18 on the NCAA Division III national performance list.

The top 22 athletes in each women's event when the performance list closes this weekend will qualify for the 2013 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The NCAA Championships are set for May 23-25 at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, Wis.

In addition to improving her position on the national list, Ostrander moved up from ninth to sixth on Willamette's all-time list in the steeplechase.
