The top five individuals in each event at the end of the indoor regular season qualified for All-Region honors. Stepp was ranked #1 in the West Region.

Stepp's top height of the season was 5' 6" as she won the women's high jump at the George Fox University Indoor Meet #1 on Saturday, Feb. 3. She also competed in the high jump at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 10 and placed fourth at 5' 3.75".

She was recently selected to compete in the women's high jump at the 2024 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. The NCAA Indoor Championships will be held at the Virginia Beach Sports Center on March 8-9 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. At the end of the regular season, Stepp was tied with 10 other jumpers for the 13th best height in NCAA Division III this year. Eight of the 11 jumpers in the tie, including Stepp, were chosen for the NCAA Indoor Championships based on tie-breakers.

The women's high jump at the NCAA Championships is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. EST / 9 a.m. PST on Saturday, March 9. The high jump will not include prelims, so all of the qualifiers in the women's high jump will be competing in the finals as the event gets underway.
