Bearcats will Play La Verne and Pomona-Pitzer on Wednesday
LA VERNE, CALIF. -- The softball doubleheader between Willamette University and the University of La Verne, scheduled for Monday, March 21 has been rained out. The Bearcats and the Leopards will instead play one game on Wednesday, March 23 on the Pomona-Pitzer campus in Claremont, Calif., at 1 p.m. (PDT).
Willamette also will play Pomona-Pitzer in one game on Wednesday, starting at 3 p.m. The Bearcats were originally scheduled to play a double-header against the Sagehens.
The Bearcats are still planning to play Whittier college in a doubleheader on Tuesday, March 22. First pitch in the opening game is set for 1 p.m. (PDT) in Whittier, Calif.
