SALEM, ORE. -- Alyssa Dewey has been hired by Willamette University as an assistant rowing coach, Head Rowing Coach Reba Knickerbocker announced today. Dewey joins Willamette after being a coach and instructor with the Sammamish Rowing Association in Redmond, Wash.
SALEM, ORE. -- For the Willamette University women's rowing team the hiring of Reba Knickerbocker as head coach was a key moment in the 2013-14 athletic year. Once Knickerbocker joined the Willamette coaching staff in November, she was able to develop a bond with her team and begin the process of building a strong and cohesive program.
