SALEM, ORE. -- Willamette University women's tennis player Tiffany Kam (Sr., Pearl City, HI/Punahou School) has been named First Team All-Northwest Conference for the 2008 season, as determined by the NWC head coaches. Kam and seven other athletes received First Team honors, while six players were named to the Second Team.
YAKIMA, WASH. -- Lewis & Clark College won the top two singles matches and the top two doubles matches on on its way to a 5-3 victory over Willamette University to take fifth place at the Northwest Conference Women's Tennis Tournament, Friday, April 18 at the Yakima Tennis Club. L&C finished the season at 12-8, while Willamette concluded its schedule at 8-13.

SALEM, ORE. -- Kasey Kuenzli of Linfield College won the singles championship at the Wilson/ITA Women's Tennis Small College Northwest Regional by defeating Amalia Nilsson from Lewis & Clark, 6-4, 6-0 in the finals. The tournament, hosted by Willamette University, began on Friday, Sept. 28 and continued through Sunday, Sept. 30. In doubles, Kuenzli and Sallie Katter of Linfield edged Nilsson and Lisa Harunaga of L&C in the championship match, 9-8 (7-4).
